The FY 2027–2028 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) outlines what transportation planning work will be done over the next two years and how planning funds will be used to support those efforts.

📋 Identifies work tasks that will be accomplished using federal transportation planning funds
These planning activities help support efforts such as improving safety, studying traffic issues, planning for future transportation needs, and advancing mobility solutions throughout Brevard County. The plan covers the fiscal years July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028. The draft plan was available for a 30-day public comment period from March 13 - April 13, 2026, and the final document was adopted by the SCTPO Governing Board on May 14, 2026.
