The Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization (SCTPO) has officially opened a 30-day public comment window, running from May 20 through June 20, 2026, inviting Brevard County residents to help guide upcoming investments in local roads, trails, and transit systems. This review period gives community members a direct say in prioritizing infrastructure funding before regional plans are finalized.

2026 Annual Open House: Funding the Future!

The SCTPO hosted its 2026 Annual Open House on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, from 5:30 - 6:30 pm at the Center for Collaboration, where attendees enjoyed a behind-the-scenes look at how transportation planning shapes the future of mobility in Brevard County! πŸš¦πŸš²πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ

Attendees had the chance to learn more about our FY 28 List of Project Priorities, which highlights prioritized projects, and FY 2027-31 Transportation Improvement Program, which outlines transportation projects to be implemented over the next five years. After the presentation, the SCTPO held a formal public comment period to include in-person and virtual submitted comments and then attendees were encouraged to visit different learning stations. The event saw a great turnout, with over 40+ attendees in person and a handful onlineThanks to our citizens taking the time to learn more about the transportation planning process!
