SCTPO Invites Citizens to Review Participation Methods, Tools Outlined in DRAFT 2025 Public Participation Plan

BREVARD COUNTY, FLA. –The Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization (SCTPO) is inviting community members to provide feedback on its DRAFT 2025 Public Participation Plan (PPP).The 45-day public review period began in October, and there is still time to share your input. The PPP serves as a roadmap for how residents, businesses, and stakeholders can actively engage in shaping the future of transportation on the Space Coast.

Public participation is at the heart of every successful plan, project, and program. Ensuring that our community’s diverse voices are heard helps us address local needs and build a transportation system for all. All SCTPO planning work products, as well as major amendments to adopted plans and programs, must follow the requirements outlined in the PPP. Your input now will help refine these guidelines and ensure they reflect the community we serve. The public is encouraged to review the DRAFT 2025 PPP and provide comments by December 11, 2025, before the SCTPO Governing Board considers it for adoption.

Share Your Feedback! Public Comment Methods

All public comments are recorded and included in the final PPP, along with documentation describing how each comment was addressed.
