The SCTPO and West Melbourne Police Department invite you to join us as we highlight the new Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons (PHBs) on U.S. 192. We'll be hosting a sign-waving and enforcement campaign to remind drivers to slow down and yield during peak travel season.🌴
